Top 2013 Sara VujadinovicBeing the youngest contestant in Top of the World, would be a humbling experience, one would guess. Unless one is equipped with the superpowers Sara Vujadinovic (22) has up her sleeves.

Sara is a post-graduate PhD student at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade, under professor Ninoslav Zivkovic. She graduated in 2010, and completed her Master ay piano studies in 2011.

It’s almost hard to understand how she’s had time for it all, but she has already won 30 1st and special prizes at prestigious international piano competitions (the most recent in March 2012, when she was the 3rd prize winner and winner of the Audience prize of “Isidor Bajic”. In February 2011 she came first in the Yamaha piano competition.

Sara was the laureate of many international competitions in the Czech Republic (“Smetana Piano Competition”; “Karl Czerny Piano Competition” “Usti nad Labem” and “Concertino Praga”); Italy (Torino, Teramo, Racconigi, Ancona, Trieste); the Slovak Republic (Kosice IPC), as well as at the main National competitions in Serbia and “Petar Konjovic” (EMCY) and the grand prix at the EPTA competition in Belgrade.

She was the winner of 6th prize and the laureate of the one of the most prestigious international piano competition – “The Gina Bachauer Young Artist” in Salt Lake City (USA).

Sara performed concerts in Serbia, France, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Ukraine, Italy and in USA. She’s been a soloist with the Kharkov Symphony Orchestra, the Zagreb Soloists Orchestra, the Christianstad Symphony Orchestra, Timisoara Symphony Orchestra and National Radio Television Symphony Orchestra.

She also participated in numerous humanitarian concerts and recorded for National Radio & Television (Belgrade), Radio & Television of Vojvodina, BBC Radio and the Czech Radio and Television.
